Our Products
All of the bracelets are custom-made for you using only
solid sterling silver, hand-made glass beads, Swarovski
crystal, and semi-precious stones. Previously selling to
upscale children's boutiques, our bracelets are now available
to you on the web at near wholesale prices. Each piece
comes to you in a beautiful organza bag ready for gift-giving.
Every effort is made to design each bracelet as close
to the ones pictured as possible. Please understand that
slight variations in imported beads may occur on some designs
due to availability, but the style and beauty of the piece
will never be compromised.
Note: The category in which we place each bracelet (Mother,
Grandmother, etc.) is only a suggestion. Feel free to order
any piece from any category that appeals to you! Also, we can make any bracelet in 4 strands. If interested, contact us.

How to Order Online
Using the Shopping Cart
NOTE: Adding an item to the Shopping Cart does not obligate
you to buy it. Like shopping at your local grocery store,
the online Shopping Cart simply holds the items you think
you might purchase, but you do not actually purchase them
until you click on the Check Out button.
When you've finished filling out all the information for
your order, click on the "Continue" button found
at the bottom of the page. If you want to order one of
the other items on our site, just click on the "Add
to Cart" button; this will add that item to your Shopping
Cart.
To view the items in your Shopping Cart, click on the "Shopping
Cart" link located at the top of each page. You will
then be shown all items currently in your cart. You have
several options at this point. You can:
- Delete any item(s) from your cart.
- Change the quantity being ordered for any item(s).
- Proceed to Check Out to purchase the items in your
cart.
- Leave this site without buying anything (which will
cause your cart to be emptied).
To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Back
to Shopping" button located at the top of the Shopping
Cart page and keep adding items as described above.
If you are finished shopping, click on "Check Out" (by
clicking on the link located on the upper-right of each
page, or clicking on the button at the top of the Shopping
Cart page).
Placing Your Order
Review the items in your Shopping Cart and make whatever
changes you want (deleting an item, adding an item, changing
the quantity of an item, etc.). Make any changes you want
and then click on the "Update" button at the
bottom of the the Shopping Cart page. Once your order is
finished, click on "Check Out" (by clicking on
the link located on the upper-right of each page, or clicking
on the button at the top of the Shopping Cart page). If
you want Priority Shipping, you'll be able to select this
option on the Check Out page.
A personal information page is then displayed where you
will enter your name, address, email address, credit card
info, and any special instructions for your purchase. You
can enter this information with confidence because this
site is a secure site. And don't
worry about getting added to some junk email list. See
our Privacy Policy.
An Order Confirmation page will then appear. This is your
last chance to change your order. If you have changed your
mind about an item or if you find an inaccuracy, click
on the Change Order button. If everything is correct, click
on the Continue button to complete the transaction.
After your order is submitted, you will see a final Confirmation
Page. Print a copy of this page; it contains valuable information
about your order and will be your receipt.
Your credit card is not immediately charged. We do not
charge your credit card until one of our staff has reviewed
your order to make sure all information is complete and
accurate.
Other Ordering Options: Orders are processed securely
and most efficiently using our web site's ordering system,
but If you still feel uncomfortable ordering online, you
also have the option of placing your order by phone. Call

Online Payment Security
In
order to protect your credit card information from theft,
a Web Server is being used that supports the SSL protocol.
If your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol
(currently the majority of browsers do), then your credit
card information will be protected whenever you submit
a credit card number to us. We have designed our order
software to automatically detect whether your browser supports
secure transactions and it will notify you if your browser
does not support this feature. Our SSL certificate was
issued by GeoTrust® and is compatible with Microsoft
Internet Explorer™ 5.01 and higher and Netscape/AOL
Web browsers version 4.51 and higher.
Payment by Phone: Orders are processed securely and most
efficiently using our web site's ordering system, but If
you still feel uncomfortable ordering online, you also

Shipping Information
When placing an order on this site, you will be given
the option of Standard Shipping or Priority
Service when you get to the CheckOut page.
Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped
within 2-3 weekdays from receipt of order via First Class
US Postal Service.
Priority Service: Your order will be
shipped within 1 business day (for up to 3 items) via Fed
Ex overnight.

for more than 10 items may require additional time. Please send
us details of your large order and we will let you

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day warranty on materials
and workmanship. Before returning an item, please contact
us so we can assign you a Repair Authorization Number
and provide you with a shipping address.
Returned Items must be mailed insured in secured packaging,
and must include copy of receipt and Repair Authorization
Number as assigned by Customer Service.
Services: Resizing/restringing is available for $10 per
strand, plus $5 shipping and handling on most orders. There
is an additional $10 charge for upgrading to an adult size
on a Girl's design.
Privacy Policy
We will only use the information you give us to process
your order and answer your questions. We will not share
your information, including email address, with anyone!
