About Bracelets4You

Ever since I was a little girl, I was called a "jewelry girl" by my mother. I think that's probably the case for most little girls, but growing up in Oklahoma and being introduced to Native American Indian jewelry, I developed a deep passion for sterling silver. On an eighth grade Spanish trip, I visited Taxco, Mexico and toured the mines where they mine and work with the silver, and have been obsessed ever since. In college I designed beaded bracelets and ankle bracelets for myself and friends (which I still have, by the way).

A few years ago, I decided to revisit this life-long love and turn it into a hobby. I took a metalsmithing course to learn how to create beautiful sterling silver jewelry. But I soon discovered that because each piece took so long to create, most people could not afford the price.

One day a good friend told me about a mother's bracelet she'd received from her third child's Godmother as a baby gift. I new instantly that this was the "thing" I'd been wanting to do, so I returned to my college hobby of beading. With the encouragement of good friends and help of talented people I suddenly had a business on my hands -- Bracelets4You.

The business has grown, and now we proudly offer a fine selection of name bracelet designs, many of which have developed by working with customers and retailers.
